All sales are final five hours prior to the scheduled delivery window and no exchanges or refunds will be permitted. Ivy's Cookie Creations cares about our customers and their experience. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact Customer Service at ivycookiecreations@gmail.com. Ivy's Cookie Creations reserves the right to permit or refuse any refund. Delivery Policy
In order to ensure the safety of our drivers, Ivy's Custom Creations cannot guarantee delivery times.
Uncontrollable events such as weather, traffic, construction, and other factors can affect the timing of your delivery. Please be aware that the delivery window you receive is simply an estimation of when we will be able to arrive, and not a guarantee of an exact delivery time. Please also be aware that deliveries going to secure locations may take longer than the estimated delivery window.
Ivy's Cookie Creations guarantees delivery only to the address you specify when ordering, not to the recipient. We do not take responsibility when given incorrect addresses or recipient information.
Although we will make every effort to correct any error we find before delivery, we cannot be responsible for the order once it has been delivered to the address you have specified. Therefore, please make sure that you have correct delivery information when ordering, as we cannot credit you back for these orders.
Shipping Policy
Shipped treats and products will be shipped to the delivery location specified in the ordering process on the date you select for shipment. We ship the treats through a third-party carrier. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, and the email will provide tracking information for your order.
