You can modify or cancel your order up to five hours prior to the scheduled window delivery time on the website or by contacting us at customerservice@icc.com.

All sales are final five hours prior to the scheduled delivery window and no exchanges or refunds will be permitted. Ivy's Cookie Creations cares about our customers and their experience.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@ivyscc.com.
